• Full-Service Interior Design for Home Furnishings

  • We charge a flat rate design fee per room. Rates depend on how many items we are sourcing for you and the scope of any cosmetic changes, including wallpaper, wall treatments, lighting, or built-ins. To determine the design fee for your particular furnishings project, we schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. We are happy to incorporate existing pieces you love into your new design! 

  • During the furnishings process, you will receive:

    • Floor plans with proposed furniture space planning

    • Concept boards including in-depth visuals of the design plan

    • Professional sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and storing of selected furnishings

    • Final installation and placement of home furnishings 

REMODELS 

• Full-Service Interior Design for Home Remodels

  • We charge a flat rate design fee based on the scope of your project. To determine the design fee for your particular project, we schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. 

  • We are not a general contractor, but will collaborate with the general contractor of your choosing.

  • Our remodel services can include any location(s) in your home including kitchens, primary bedrooms, primary bathrooms, laundry rooms, and more!

  • For each area you will receive:

    • Complete floor plans

    • Concept boards

    • Elevation drawings for built-ins and cabinetry

    • A lighting plan

    • A spreadsheet of design selections
